We have served the healthcare needs of the Sequim community for nearly 40 years. Our facility is family-oriented, having employed generations of the same families for decades. Many of our residents have been family members of employees or former employees themselves. We have complete rehab team offering: Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathologists. Our mission is to enhance the life of every person we serve. Through our conscientious team of licensed nurses, therapist and car staff, we support the needs of long-term care residents and short-term, sub-acute patients dealing with: CVA, Fractures, Joint Replacement, Surgical or Accident Recovery, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most insurances and private payment.
