For more than 116 years, Volunteers of America has responded to the nation's health care needs. Today, we are a major provider of professional long-term nursing care for seniors and others coping with illness or injury. We offer a continuum of services that extends to the elderly and disabled people requiring long-term health support, including nursing care, assisted living, memory care, home health care, rehabilitation and much more. Maplewood Care Center is a 157 bed facility with a 47 bed transitional care unit and a memory care unit. There are private rooms available. We offer a select menu for our transitional care patients and a five meal plan for our long term care residents. Our residents and patients enjoy park-like grounds with a waterfall and walking paths.
