Grace Living Center-University Northwest is a 139 bed dually certified skilled nursing facility. We offer skilled nursing services, long term care, respite, in house and out-patient therapy. We are also an Oklahoma Advantage care provider. We Serve 3 delicious meals per day plus snacks. We provide laundry services to our residents. We have an onsite beauty shop, and a secured memory care unit. We have contracts with Medicare, Medicaid, VA , PACE, and we accept private pay and private insurance. We offer a daily activities program, and are an Eden Care facililty which does include incorporating Children, plants and animals into the lives of our beloved residents offering a way to off-set loneliness, depression and boredom. Here we strive daily to build a family between staff and residents
