Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies is located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies is locally owned and operated. The mission of Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies is assist patients transition from the hospital setting to home. Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Additionally, Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies can provide long-term care. Rehabilitaiton and Nursing Center of the Rockies can provide care to people requiring a more secured environment.

Turnberry Place Assisted Living offers an alternative to larger facilities in providing assisted care for elderly persons. We are a small home located in north Fort Collins, CO and have been in business since 2007. We are licensed with the state of Colorado for 6 beds. Most of our rooms are private with private baths. We offer 24 hour assisted care. We are not a licensed Medicaid facility. Our staff are specially selected and trained. They all possess current QMAP and first aid certification.
