Divine Care Homes, LLC We offer a traditional home setting our homes are located in and around the Wichita Kansas areas. Our homes are located in residential neighborhoods. These homes are staffed onsite with 24/7 care. We proudly serve the senior community and able to assist any medical needs within our homes. We offer tailored care plans to meet each individuals needs and preferences. We offer in-house monthly doctor visits, podiatry, lab services, hospice services and more. Each home has oversight by our nurses and available Oncall. We provide nutritious meals, housekeeping, laundry services, activities, outings and so much more. Our homes provide an alternative to institutionalized care. Our residents are those who are no longer capable of living independently in their own homes or assisted living facilities. Our homes provide 24-hour personal care support services while encouraging our residents to remain as independent as possible in a group home like setting of 8 individuals. This allows our residents to feel they are not confined to an institution and are still a viable member of a neighborhood. These homes are descretly located in various residential areas within the city and select rural areas. These homes are equipped with secured grounds, backup generators and monitored alarmed systems. Our residents are encouraged to decorate their room with their own personal belongings.
