We are here from the beginning through through the journey... For 33 years, Hospice of Martha's Vineyard has been providing free end-of-life care for patients and their loved ones. Our dedicated team of nursing professionals, bereavement counselors, and tireless volunteers are united in the mission to create and carry out a plan of care that includes the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of not just the patient, but the whole family. We do it with pride and compassion and look forward to doing it for many years to come. We offer quality end-of-life care and grief and bereavement support to the whole community.
