Mustang Creek Estates is a residential style assisted living and memory care neighborhood designed entirely for seniors with quality care and services at an affordable price. Our neighborhood has unique homes, housing 10-13 residents each with assisted care 24 hours a day to include: medication assistance, daily housekeeping, home cooked meals, laundry, incontinent care, mobility assistance and activities.

Trinity is a licensed, private pay, home health and personal assistance service agency. We provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients under a physician's supervision, as well as personal attendants, respite services, geriatric care management, and licensed clinical and medical social work services in the comfort of the client's personal residence. Because our services are not paid for through federal funding, services are patient/client directed and can be provided for as little as an hour an day up to and including 24 hour or live in care.
