DHR Health Hospice is focused on improving the quality of life for patients with terminal illness. We offer emotional, physical, and spiritual resources to our patients, at home, an assisted living facility, nursing home, or at the hospital. This type of care is specialized for patients who have a life expectancy of six months or less.
