My goal as a counselor/therapist is to bring a high and genuine level of caring, empathy and hope to every session. My counseling and therapy is interpersonal focused with an emphasis on cognitive and emotional healing. Sessions are goal focused with the plan to work together to help you feel whole, healed and ready to move forward in life.
