Aurora Charter Oak Hospital is a 134-bed facility providing treatment for psychiatric and chemical dependency problems. Inpatient and outpatient programs are offered for adults and adolescents, with a rapid stabilization emphasis. Charter Oak Recovery Center, located on the grounds of the hospital, is a 12-bed Residential Treatment Center for adults with substance abuse problems. Most PPO and HMO insurance plans are accepted, as well as Medicare/Medi-Cal. Free assessments and referrals are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the hospital's Assessment Center.
