The name No More Cycles was birthed out of the coaching experiences of many of my clients. Cycles are formed as a result of patterns that we learn in life from our families known as learned behavior. ​ Say for instance if poverty is a cycle passed down through the generations of your family then you have probably adopted a mindset of lack. If drinking, smoking or promiscuity is something that you have witnessed on your family line then you may be a victim of one or more of those cycles. ​ My role as a certified life coach is to help you identify the cycles in your life and partner with you to develop a strategic plan to end the cycles and move forward on the straight path. ​
