The issues facing teens today may be overwhelming for both they and their parents. Navigating through difficult periods of adolescent development and situations often require professional assistance. With over 20 years in the field of Social Work, I offer a private, professional and safe space for teens to get help with personal issues. Treatment may be long term or short term depending on individual needs and treatment goals. Modalities of treatment include solution focused therapy, client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, life skills/social skills training, crisis intervention, and pscyho-education.
