Institute for Personal Growth is a private outpatient psychotherapy practice with offices in Highland Park, Freehold, and Jersey City. We provide individual, family, child and relationship counseling for a variety of concerns and problems ranging from depression, stress, anxiety to marriage and relationship issues, troubled kids and family conflict.

Based on my experience as a previous mental health caseworker, counselor and healthcare worker I've worked with all age groups with various mental and emotional disabilities. I've worked in the fields of teaching, behavioral/mental health and healthcare and have a B.A. from Georgian Court University, Lakewood, New Jersey. I've assisted people who had schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, substance abuse problems and alzheimers. Lastly, i've worked hand and hand with psychiatrists and therapists to ensure my clients met the treatment plan requirements especially taylored to their particular needs, and desires.
