We give our clients the tools to change not only what they eat, but how they eat. Changing your lifestyle is the key not only to a successful weight loss, but keeping the weight off for good. We help this process by providing you with a one-on-one diet counselor who has lost weight on the diet and thus is best equipped to support you along the way with tips, encouragement, recipes, and advice. On average per week, women lose about 2-3 pounds and men lose 4-5 pounds during the first phase of the diet. We also provide our dieters with our own cookbook that contains 300 recipes.
