I am an interactive, contemplative therapist. I work with couples and individuals, and specialize in working with family members of addicts and alcoholics. I'm also a good fit for people in recovery, or those who want to maintain their commitment to recovery. I completed the 2 year post graduate program at the Nalanda Institute in Contemplative Psychotherapy, and utilize ACT and IFS with individuals and couples. I am a level 3 Gottman couples counselor, and have specific training in Relational Life Therapy also for couples.
