Founded in 1971 by Floyd VanderJagt, Form-A-Fab became the first countertop shop in the newly-developed resort community of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. As Floyd taught his sons the craft of cabinet-making, Form-A-Fab grew into a family business -- one that has become one of the largest woodworking operations in the tri-state area. From our central location between Phoenix, Las Vegas and Southern California, Form-A-Fab builds and installs: - commercial-grade cabinetry - architectural woodwork / millwork - formed plastic laminate countertops - solid surface countertops - wood and laminate furniture and fixtures All products are custom-designed and fabricated to exact specifications for each individual project.
