We listen to our clients to find out what they need to make their house more liveable and a better place to raise their family. Often the need is met by a more modern kitchen or, they just simply need more square footage; another bedroom, bathroom or office. But, sometimes the need is met by making the space they already have more useable. 60's, 70's, 80's and even 90's style tract homes typically have a wall between every room. Go through a doorway to go from the den/living room to the kitchen. But, this configuration makes people feel closed off especially the moms or, whoever is preparing the family meal (you remember those don't you?). Our solution is to remove the wall between those rooms and open up the home and make it look like it was built that way originally.
