Smeltzer Construction has been in business of serving clients in the Retail, Commercial, and Office Construction. We have established our company in 1988. Smeltzer Construction owner grew up doing new construction and remodeling with his father who has been in business since 1965. With generations upon generations of contracting in his family blood he chose to start out where it all begins at the drafting and design. He then started in residential remodeling and then progressed into commercial and office renovations as a general contractor. We use our own people to do alot of the trades in order to ensure quality control. Trades that we do not do we make sure our superintendents are qualified to understand these and ensure that we as a whole are providing what the customer is expecting.
