Mark Mindnich has taken his skills and knowledge of over three decades of experience to create the Polymite Koatings System, a technique by which a fiberglass lamination is applied to create a protective watertight barrier. Environmental conditions such as driving rain and snow build-up are some of the major causes of leaks on flat roof surfaces.Our unique process of applying a liquid resin directly to these targeted areas allows for a customized watertight bonding that seals and protects the primary living areas beneath it.
