Asphalt Seal Coating Before sealing we properly prepare the asphalt surface, thoroughly cleaning it to insure the best adhesion of the seal coating material. The sealer is mixed and applied as suggested by the manufacturer specifications. Striping After the proper drying of the sealer, custom and standard traffic signs, handicap signage, parking stripes, etc are applied. Crack Filling After cracks 1/4 inch or larger have been properly cleaned of dirt and vegetation, hot rubber crack filler is heated to between 300 degrees and 400 degrees and applied. Cracks left unfilled can allow rain, gas, and oil to penetrate the subbase causing erosion further damaging the asphalt.Our attention to details such as this will make your asphalt last longer which in turn saves you hundreds possibly thousands of dollars in the long run.
