We are a connecting point for skilled labor in the construction field for the Illinois Valley in Southern Oregon. We bid and perform jobs like any contractor would, but we have a pool of workers who work for us on a job by job basis. For instance we have a great stone and block mason who may only work for us a few times a year, but he is available when we need him. The same goes for dangerous or custom tree work, drywall, solar panel installation,or water treatment. When it comes to fencing, decking or out buildings, our regular crew is used.
