In the fall of 2007, encouraged by the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Growler set their sights on something that would come in handy for one of the most overlooked groups of people in America - Handicapped Hunters.
Rather than design a completely new unit we negotiated a license from a company in Georgia who had the patent on the Huntmaster design, but were no longer in production.
Growler found a home in the small community of Star, NC bringing jobs to former textile and manufacturing workers.
Carolina Growler supports the Paralyzed Veterans of America and their efforts to provide outdoor recreation opportunities to our wounded warriors.
