We supply technical out-call services in the Western PA region. We currently do work ranging from commercial POS installs to answering question for individuals. A 'normal' day could start with a PC install at a home, that would include a data transfer and end with a T1 extension and a router install that involved re-programming in the field with a clients tech-support person. It is currently My self and one other technician. We have the ability to 'ramp up' to meet a projects deadlines. I have been doing this for a while 10+ years. I would rather gracefully bow out of a job, than blow it for a customer. Lastly, with My electrical cross training and experience, I give the client a fuller picture of what may be going on for their system.
