EXPERT provides consignment assembly and full turnkey assembly to the Defense, Government, Commercial, and Medical Industries. All assembly-related services are done in-house at the Tustin Factory location including X/Y rotation XRAY (for BGA and QFP components), BGA Rework, AOI Inspection, placement, reflow, wash, lead (and lead-free) wave, inspection, and packaging. Other Services include test, box build, and Cable Assembly/Wire Harness. EXPERT Express provides complimentary pick up and delivery of all components and finished assemblies.
