Serving over 36,000 accounts, Central Virginia Electric Cooperative is a member-owned, not-for-profit electric utility headquartered in Colleen, Virginia. CVEC serves residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial accounts in the rural portions of 14 Virginia counties. Created by the members to provide electric service where it was previously unavailable, CVEC has been improving the quality of life since 1937. For 80 years, the Co-op has provided the reliable delivery of affordable energy to its member owners.
