It has always been our vision to be a place where anyone can bring any amount of scrap, and get competitive prices for their decision to protect the environment. Our goal starting out was to have a yard where our grandparents would be comfortable selling their scrap. We know that scrap yards can sometimes be intimidating places, but with our customer-centric approach to doing business we hope to change that stigma. Moving forward we aspire to be the largest, most effiecient scrap facility in central Texas. A large part of this is reducing wait times for our patrons. We strive to be as easy to do business with as possible. From having on demand container service to having dedicated scales for our commercial partners, we are here to make your business more profitable and less of a headache in getting rid of unwanted or unused scrap materials.John Dobelbower founded Green Option Recycling, after having a minority ownership interest in another scrap facility. John saw the value that scrap metal facilities can bring into the community. His efforts in starting Green Option were three fold: 1. Always leave the planet in better shape for future generations. 2. Employ as many hardworking people as possible to help provide for their families and for the community as a whole. 3. Help people make extra money for choosing to be responsible with their waste. John believes that he and his team are primed for future success, because he understands the most important part of any organization is the people that are in it, and his team has proven time and time again that they are the best of the best. We strive for the best service possible, as fast as possible, and pay as much as possible.

This business has been in the making for many years, although Junk N Such wasn't officially established until January 2015. After being in the commercial cleaning industry, it was time we found and helped customers on a more personal level, at their homes. Junk Removal used to be something handled by small mom-and-pop operations that provided services that were relatively cheap. Then the big companies moved in and raised the standards tremendously in a good way. But with raised standards there comes raised cost and that translates to a higher price for the consumer. That's fine for some. But there are always those who can't quite afford those higher prices, and those of us who just like saving money. So thats where Junk N Such comes in, a small operation with great pricing, combined with a good image and professionalism.
