Compared to traditional sand casting, V-Process allows for lower tooling costs, unlimited pattern life and produces castings with smoother surface finish, tighter tolerances, near net shape and thinner walls. Another unique aspect of V-Process is that draft is not required. Our 55,000 total square-foot facility houses state-of-the-art computer controlled equipment run by our manufacturing experts. We have in-house heat-treat, live digital x-ray, solidification simulation, CMM, tensile and raw material traceability.
