JENFAB’s comprehensive aqueous cleaning product line ranges from small-footprint cellular washers, to large, in-line, fully automated vertical agitation and rotation or spray-immersion washers. Parts can be processed continuously in-line, such as in a rotary drum or aqueous cleaning conveyor system, or in baskets, barrels, or specialized fixtures designed to securely hold parts. A wide variety of cleaning action, such as agitation, a submerged spray impingement, or an ultrasonic washing option can be incorporated into multiple stages, including wash, rinse, rust inhibitor, dry or any custom combination of stages. JENFAB aqueous cleaning systems can also be equipped with a wide variety of options, such as chip collection, chip removal, oil skimming or oil coalescing, and high volume filtration. The result is clean and dry parts, with higher throughput than competing systems.
