I am a holistic psychotherapist with 10 years experience. I specialize in the use of mindfulness-based, body-oriented, and creativity practices in the treatment of eating disorders/disordered eating, body-related issues, weight management, anxiety, trauma, sexual and relationship issues, and personal growth. I recognize that one size does not fit all. I tailor my clinical approach to fit the unique needs and strengths of each individual; looking at the entire person, rather than a disorder or label. My professional and personal journey have led me to blend Western Psychology and Eastern Philosophy practices, mindfulness, compassion, breath and bodywork, mind-body techniques, music, and the creative healing arts when appropriate. In a safe, warm, and nurturing environment, I work with individuals and couples to help them through their life struggles. I tend to think outside the box and use a gentle, engaged, interactive, collaborative, and creative approach. I have my graduate degree from New York University (NYU). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania and hold a national board certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC).
