Breakthrough Harvest church is a growing, Spirit-Filled church in northwest Ohio and a member congregation of the Pentecostal Church of God that was founded September 13th, 1998 by Pastor, Evangelist, author and 1990 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, Pastor Jerry Meyer.
