We began our services in 1992 as a Notary Public and a Loan Signing Agent in 1996. In 2003 we became Education Vendor for the Secretary of State of California offering the three hour and the six hour mandatory Notary Public Classes for the State of California. We specialize in preparing students to pass the mandatory State exam and to correctly apply California Notary laws. We offer both the 3 hour and the 6 hour mandatory classes online and live class room settings.
