Fundamental and creative basketball drills are mastered throughout the Teams of Tomorrow training program. The pre-school TOT students have the opportunity to exhibit their skills at the end of the year during the Shine Time celebration performance. The older TOT students have the opportunity to compete at the TOT Individual Skills Tournament at the end of their season. All TOT students get the opportunity to perform at the halftime of a basketball game. TOT...a sport all it's own!

We are an accredited Black Belt School for the styles of Aiki-Jujitsu, Kajukenbo and Kali. We also train in concepts of Western Style Boxing and Wrestling. The Absolute Martial Arts System is designed from these styles to provide an efficient realistic fighting method. Due to the nature of the material taught in our system it is not appropriate for competition.
