Private and Semi-Private Woodwind Lessons are taught by a 20+ yr. experienced professional Woodwind Musician and Private Instructor in the comfort of your home with a very positive teaching approach. The Woodwind Institute teaches with great patience new musical concepts and misunderstood musical concepts, assists in preparation for Mass. District & All-State, CT State Regional & All-State, and All-New England Auditions, as well as college auditions, and assists with school band music when needed. The Woodwind Institute combines traditional method book and solo books (many with CD accompaniment) to make lessons more enjoyable. Periodic Practice Challenges & Prizes are available to students for added practice incentive. Annual recitals or performances are encouraged when offered.

Lessons focus on Learning the basic musical concepts, Advancement, Regional, All-State, and College Auditions, and extra help with school music. The Flute Institute and Other Woodwinds accepts students ages 7 - Adult. Semi-Private lessons offers a group of 2 students to share the cost of the lesson by receiving a discount.
