The instructor, MIke Richardson, is a former Police Officer who has worked many, many traffic accidents. He has been to the following Police schools: National Traffic Mgmt Institute (a 3 month school) , MSHP Advanced Accident Investigation, Radar Instruction school, as well as many others. He was a Sergeant in charge of the traffic division at one time and worked all the fatality accidents in the city where he was employed.
