Medical Massage Assessment Skills and Techniques is a blend of specific deep tissue massage techniques that isolate the muscles that trigger improper balance, causing pain and discomfort, weakness, decreased range of motion and the inability to function at peak performance. The use of accurate muscle testing for the immediate recognition of dysfunctional muscles and the effective use of the golgi tendon apparatus, spindle cell mechanism, resistive stretching, manipulation of the energy system and specific soft tissue/neuromuscular therapy techniques to assist in restoring balance to the body.
