READING PROGRAMS FOR GRADES K-5 Our Reading Programs are aligned with the NYC Common Core Standards. Beginner Readers: Students learn to read independently. Your child will learn phonics and sight words, build comprehension, and gain skills and confidence needed for success. Intermediate Readers: Students will learn to become fluent independent readers. Your child will learn fluency, word attack skills, comprehension, and long -word decoding skills needed to read longer books with ease. Advance Readers: Students make substantial gains in comprehension, long- word decoding skills, fluency and increase reading speed. Theses readers will also learn the best ways to read textbooks, take notes and study for test. Your child will work with a Certified Teacher Fully Insured Curriculums are based on NYC Common Core Standards. We offer various programs at reasonable rates; afterschool and summer tutoring at a location of your choice.
