TCAAS was founded by August Walter, a veteran Emergency Manager with more than twenty years in emergency planning and implementation for large-scale, high-profile clients. With high tempo, real-world experience in Emergency Management and Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planning and Implementation, TCAAS has experience across every industry-banking, energy, government, and more. Our team members have responded to major domestic and international events including the NATO-led Operation Joint Endeavour in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hurricanes Gustav and Ike in support of the Department of Energy's Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and most recently, the Deepwater Horizon/BP MC252 oil spill response. For each event, TCAAS team members handle "boots on the ground" tasks, consulting, and advising.
