Granada Care Homes are located in PInole. We have 3 houses each rated for 6 beds that can accommodate ambulatory or non-ambulatory residents in a family type, intimate settings with large gardens. The residents can watch the birds of different varieties fly by and small animals play. Each house is WIDE-Fi ready for active residents that uses a computer. Each house is able to accept residents with dementia and has hospice waiver for 2 beds each. Respite care available. We provide 3 nutritious meals and snack a day, medication management, daily house keeping and laundry service, diabetic care assistance. Activities in house or at Guardian. Health care professional on call 24 hours/day. Physical therapies can be done in house so residents can live and perform to full potential.
