Dr. Valdivia is board certified in Electrodiagnostic Medicine (the specialty of nerve and muscle testing) and Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Valdivia has been performing nerve and muscle testing in Jackson since 2003. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He compoleted his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. Dr Validivia has lived in the friendly town of Medina for 14 years. He and his wife of 23 years enjoy reading as well as teaching 6-8th graders at Englewood Church in Medina. His two daughters love dance and ballet. He and his son have fun riding the trails of Natchez and Chickasaw.

o Homemaker Services consist of light housekeeping, personal laundry, and meal preparation o Adult sitter services are available to allow the primary caregiver time away to work or take care of their personal needs o Personal care attendants are available 24 hours to provide hygiene, feeding, and attending appointments o Respite care services are provided to clients that are unable to care for themselves, furnished on a short-term basis because of the absence or need for relief of the caregiver. Program Design - TTA's Day Reporting and Juvenile Reentry Center is developed around a concept that embodies the practices of Restorative Justice. Wraparound services will be provided to various referral agencies, stakeholders and community-based organizations servicing youth to include: Day Treatment, Job-Readiness/Placement, Certifications, Academic Enrichment, Intensive Case Management, Health and Wellness, Mental Health and Psychiatric Services. Day Reporting Target Population: Shelby County youth ages 12-18, 19-24: Youth stepping down from Youth Detention Centers, Youth within the Memphis and Shelby County School Systems faced with long or short-term expulsion, are 'Over aged for Grade' with multiple infractions and or juvenile summons, who have been before the courts..

Services are gender specific and focus on clinical needs, relapse prevention, spiritual concepts and life skills. Serenity utilizes Recovery Dynamics and Evidence Based practices as core components of the treatment experience. Services are delivered by Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors, Bachelor and Master level Counselors. Our services are based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine criteria.
