We utiilize HUD grants, County funding, and private philanthropic gifts to provide a continuum of care for 150 homeless famlies and single veterans each year, in Emergency, Transitional, and Permanent Supportive Housing. Our principal partners are PathStone Corp., Sojourner House at PathStone, and the Veterans Outreach Center, and Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School. Our annual budget is approximately $800,000, and we require philanthropic gifts of $60,000 per year for operational expenses and to provide the required cash matches for government grants.
