SMILE - Services Maximizing Independent Living and Empowerment is one of five Centers for Independent Living in Arizona. SMILE provides services to the Yuma and La Paz Counties.

To provide the most conducive environment to recovery, we need everyone involved to be honest and open. With this atmosphere intact, we can provide the most effective treatment and counseling in both group and individual therapies to help heal your physical and mental health.

Battling an addiction is one of the hardest things many people will ever do. You can make that battle much easier with caring, understanding professionals on your side.

We offer equine therapy for special needs, horseback lessons, a Petting Farm and birthday parties, or any kind of parties, playground equipment, library and much more. Saturday is FREE family play day from 7 am to 11 am Come join us and have fun! These events are open to the public and are designed to raise public awareness of our mission to provide therapeutic riding for special needs children. Donations gladly accepted. Volunteers always appreciated.
