The American Conference on Diversity is a nonprofit organization that values diversity, educates and empowers leaders, and promotes inclusion and respect. We work with companies and organizations, schools and colleges and neighborhoods and communities to promote understanding across lines of difference. These differences can be racial, ethnic, gender, age, socio-economic, faith, ability status...and of the many ways we can be different and unique. These differences present wonderful opportunities for businesses, schools and communities. But often assistance is needed to identify how these differences can be leveraged to offer equal opportunity for all. We provide skill building diversity training and leadership development.
