Support to old people, & families in transition preparations for another type of living arrangement.Focus is on the labor intensive process of releasing things,filling out paperwork such as waiting lists/financial assist/finding temporary help for care,phone communication/networking in community with services ,& errands as needed.Service will provide timely visits to facilitate this process in the absence of family living close by. Compassion along with strong Christian values can decrease the stress in this demanding but necessary process.
