We exist to provide individuals with the tools for living a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life. Zen Do-USA mind and body center will enable participants to develop and maintain strong and healthy bodies and minds. We encourage physical and social growth by teaching members to focus on their present day lives through active living. The Zen Do-USA mind and body center provides a facility where all people can come together to enjoy the benefits of physical, mental, and spiritual fitness while learning to respect humanity, embrace spiritual freedom, support social equality, and participate in charitable events.
