Located on the Pine Ridge Reservation, we serve families from infancy to elderly, to reduce infant mortality, and conditions arising from toxic stress and PTSD. Our culturally-based services work to improve total health outcomes, quality education of special needs students, and strive to improve conditions among the elderly. We provide advocacy services and work with local and regional agencies to increase or clients' access to protection and legal services through the Tribal Courts and justice system.
