Visual Utility Billing is the company's flagship software product. Diversified Technology began as a dealer for Visual Utility Billing in 2000. Since that time, the company has grown its customer base to more than 150 municipalities and utilities. It has evolved into the exclusive nationwide distributor for the software and has taken over maintenance and development responsibilities. From offices in central Pennsylvania, a staff of 7 full-time employees and 3 contractors work to provide periodic software enhancements and industry-leading support services.
