Bill graduated with a bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University after studying Spanish and Computer Information Systems. He spent an additional 15 full-time weeks in a formal computer training program with one of the top 50 companies in the Fortune 500 list, whereupon he graduated and was employed for three years.
