Tommy Milligan, his wife Julie, and their tow sons Elliott and Grayson live in Perry, Oklahoma. A graduate of Connors State College, Tommy was a member of the Connors State College Livestock Judging Team 1990-1992. Milligan has judged over 50 livestock shows in Oklahoma and Kansas. Also a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Education in 1995. After graduation, Tommy taught Agricultural Education in New Mexico for two years until he returned to Oklahoma to teach for an additional 10 years. While teaching, he earned the prestigious Honorary State FFA Degree of the Oklahoma FFA Association, was named the "Teacher Turn the Key" recipient in 2003, the Outstanding Young Member Award in 2005 presented by the Oklahoma Agricultural Education
