Judi Hammel and Gary Hammel established Vision Marketing Incentives, L.L.C. in Portage, Michigan in 1997. Judi's fifteen years of experience as a partner in a corporate communications company provided a strong foundation of corporate knowledge and also the client base to successfully launch VMI (for short) into the promotional product business. Structured as a 75% women owned business. Gary's twenty-seven year career in law-enforcement easily transitioned him with the management and (product) investigative skills for VMI. A man of many nick-names including Golf Product Guru, Gary's attention to detail and thoroughness with every project helped build the path of success for VMI.
