Williamsburg Partners, LLC was founded in February 2005 to provide commercial financing solutions to businesses throughout the United States. These solutions include equipment leases, commercial real estate loans, accounts receivable factoring, purchase order financing, business acquisition financing and overall debt restructuring. The business was started and is managed by Brian Davis, a former CPA and CFO. Brian experienced first-hand the growing need for alternatives to traditional bank financing due to his involvement with clients and his own small business operations.
